barry davey RIP

The club have been informed tonight of the passing of Barry “Dabber” Davey. “Dabber” played for Kingskerswell CC in the 1980s and 1980s primarily as a right arm seam bowler but while batting frequently “dabbed” the ball between Gully and Backward Point according to Tim Chapman. Before joining Kingskerswell CCit is understood he played for both Wellswood CC and St Marychurch CC. More news on his sad passing as we have it.
