EVO’S VISIT TO HOLLACOMBE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE

On what turned out to be a baking hot day.  Evo headed off to Hollacombe CRC on an observation mission to see how much the clients can participate in adaptive Softball Cricket.  After the observation phase it was then the case of some serious Softball Cricket with clients and staff all joining in – no balls reached the railway line though!  Photographs will be released once the embargo on them is lifted by Hollacombe CRC.    As, Evo said, “this is just the beginning and has certainly given me some ideas to progress the collaboration.”  The next part of the collaboration is on 10 July when Hollacombe CRC will be using the Rec for at least part of their Annual Sponsored Walk.  Evo is already drawing up an invitation list of key club members, if available, he would like to come down and support the walkers.
