overseas signing

The club are pleased to announced it has secured the signing of former New Zealand U19 wicketkeeper Ben Pomare who currently plays domestic first-class cricket for Northern Districts for the forthcoming season.  Ben currently averages 28.18 with a highest first-class score of 82*.  Ben has also represented Northern Districts in both the domestic one day and T20 competitions.  For the last two European summers, Ben has been playing for Kampong in Holland amassing 1296 runs with an average of 37.03 and a highest score of 100 (plus 8 other 50s).
